Council of Past Presidents
The council of past presidents of RC Baguio Summer Capital act as counsel to the incumbent Board of Directors and serve the general membership on any issue related to the club. They particularly, provide guidance where precedent, rationale and intent of previous actions, and lessons learned from past events are important considerations in the decision making process for current issues. The council also provide advice and guidance to the President on recruitment of candidates for the office of club president and candidates for the Board of Directors. Additionally, the council works to ensure a seamless transition of power between presidents.
The decisions and recommendations of the Past Presidents Council however are non-binding and only serve in an advisory capacity.
